The Reality of Planning a Graduation Party
How Most Parties Start
Most parents start with the basics to keep costs low: a handful of tables and chairs, adding other items only as they feel absolutely necessary. It's a practical way to begin planning without breaking the budget upfront. It’s the most common way to start—and at first, it looks like the most affordable option.
The Hidden Gaps
However, small things start to add up: linens are forgotten until the last week, delivery and setup costs aren't factored in, and you spend party morning trying to figure out a layout that just won't quite come together visually. By the time everything comes together, it often doesn’t look or feel as put together as people expected.
The Market Reality of 'Basic' Rentals
By the time you build a complete party setup piece-by-piece, the market costs typically look like this: basic rentals run $200–$300, decent linens add another $100–$200, and delivery/setup fees often hit $100–$300. In reality, most complete setups end up costing between $400 and $700—regardless of where you start.

Our Different Approach
we start with a complete setup that already works. Instead of adding things later, everything is included and coordinated from the start. We plan the layout with you beforehand and have everything set up before your first guest even arrives.
Most people don’t overspend on events—they just end up spending in ways that don’t get the result they wanted.
“You don’t necessarily need to spend more—you just need to approach it differently.”
What Does a Typical Setup Cost?
Full Service Coordinated Event Setup
Clean, coordinated setup for around 50 guests including tables, chairs, fitted linens, linen coordination, and finishing details that create a polished, complete look.
We handle everything—delivery, setup, and takedown—so your event is fully prepared and completely taken care of from start to finish.
Typically: $450 to $650
Most clients find this costs less than renting everything separately—and results in a much cleaner, noticeably organized event.
We don’t offer “tables and chairs only” rentals—because those setups rarely look or function the way people expect.
